Rick, I’m not sure if you actually read the article. It’s not about the capability of aerosols to affect climate. It’s about the capability of short-lived aerosols from small eruptions to reach the high atmosphere. Science is about testing things and confirming them. Aerosols from small eruptions generally don’t reach the high atmosphere (so, not such an odd assumption) but they can with the assistance of strong weather patterns. Of course, you knew all about this beforehand, though…

Not even the oil companies would agree with your statement about warming stopping. Doesn’t that give you a clue that you’re out of touch with the scientific consensus?
